2007.07.28 - Múm - Russia, Moscow, Picnic Afisha Festival DVD [img:6990d]http&#58;//www&#46;icelandculture&#46;ru/content/trade/mum_afisha/cover_small&#46;jpg[/img:6990d] We would like to present you a recording of the Icelandic band múm concert that took place in Moscow on the 28th of July 2008. The last time the band visited Russia was 5 years ago, at that time being a completely unknown collective. Their new coming had been awaited impatiently by their fans for several years. The band has changed a lot in these years and finally we could see their new appearance. The performance took place as part of Picnic Afisha Festival organized by Afisha Magazine. múm played full set of songs from their new album Go Go Smear The Poison Ivy and some old songs also. The recording is a live-bootleg shot by two video cameras from different viewpoints of the concert space. Plenty of close-ups and distance shots make the video dynamic and interesting. Unfortunately, the festival sound leaves much to be desired and in a lot of tracks overbasses and some other sound imperfections appear. But these balks are not the musicians' ones and overall the quality of the recording is quite good. I made the shooting, extracting, editing and dvd-authoring. Will be glad if múmweb could help with showing it to the people for whom it would be interesting! [b:a9991]To Yvain:[/b:a9991] I wish that too but the sound at the concert was awful but it's not the múm's fault. We did the best we could and soon i'll upload two audio-versions (flac) taken from two different points of the concert space.

I actually downloaded this a while ago (and i'm still seeding) but i was hoping someone might be able to help me out with actually how to burn it onto a DVD to watch in the DVD player. I tried burning it as data as well, that was a no go (i think Roxio just sucks or doesn't like me). I've really only had luck using DVD Decrypter for burning DVDs, but they are/were in the ISO image file format, so i'm at a double loss for this one. I can watch the actual concert in VLC media player so i'm not horribly deprived. It's completely awesome to have a fan-made DVD of them in concert, so major kudos [b:e62ac]eraserhead2002[/b:e62ac].
